Charles Tey
Biography
Charles is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in civil and structural engineering. His technical experience extends across a wide variety of sectors including infrastructure, retail, residential, rail and commercial.
Charles has led variety of multidisciplinary projects incorporating architectural, structural and MEP teams. Projects have ranged from medium size to large scale mega projects in the UK and the Middle East. Projects include Grand Arcade Shopping centre, Gloucester police headquarters. Crossrail Whitechapel and Liverpool Street Stations, HS2 Old Oak Common Station, Hornsey and Three bridges rail depots and other rail station schemes for TFL , Network rail and Thameslink.
He has also been involved in construction dispute and litigation works for large projects in the UK and Middle East acting as an expert structural engineer and has testified in arbitrations
