Pub-to-Residential Conversion in Ramsgate
BSF was appointed to provide structural engineering support for the redevelopment of The Sportsman, a disused public house in Ramsgate.
The completed development comprises four homes with private gardens, parking and communal landscaping. It also includes three apartments above a ground-floor café and bar.
