Simon Goddard

Simon is the Managing Director of BSF Consulting Engineers and a Civil and Structural Engineer, and has over 30 years’ experience in the design and construction industry. 

Prior to qualifying as a Civil and Structural Engineer, Simon owned his own restoration and project management business. Having restored some of Kent’s most historic buildings his passion lies within maintaining and restoring historic property.

Simon leads the team on the design of Civil and Structural packages for a wide range of both private and commercial clients. He has worked on projects nationwide across various sectors within the structural and civil engineering landscape. Simon believes that our rich, built, heritage environment should be protected through the delivery of imaginative, sympathetic design using a mixture of modern and ancient methods. 

Simon is working towards reducing BSF’s carbon footprint and promoting greener work ethics.
